Google Trends

Google Trends have been release today at the Press Day.
This new service show you the trends of keywords since 2004 on a graph with associate articles. The upper part of the graph show you the searches trends while the bottom one give you the news volume. You can also drill down by cities, countries and languages.

Comparison tool

As you can see you can also use it for comparison up to 5 subjects.

It will be an excellent tool for the marketing people. The asiatic data seem a bit poor but will see over time.

I don't think this is very useful. At least not for SEO specialists.

It's a additional tools. Not very precise for keywords tracking in volume, but in time it can be useful. Also, minus the fact the database is small, the cities, regions and languages can also give you some hints.
