The first one is the CNET blacklisted for one year for that article. On one face I approve that decision, because Elinor Mills don't have to put the Schmidt's wife and the location of their house in the article. Schmidt is a public guy who manage the company and the main tool used to gather the personal information for that paper, but not his wife and/or their family neighbourhood. For the other stuff in the paper, Mr. Mills should not be blame for thoses.
The second one is the lawsuit against Google last week. I don't like to see Stern in this, but at fisrt thought I agree that lawsuit. Specially when your add this in the balance !
